Defective products & warranty
All products purchased from SAD carry the full manufacturer warranty unless sold as a "no warranty" item.
Special circumstance: in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, SAD will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Please email our customer service team using this form regarding any warranty questions.
If your product is defective then please email us some pictures and your order number we will advise the best way to proceed.
For all Hardware products please make sure you inspect the products in case of damage before adding any modifications to the product. If you have made any modifications to the product this includes wax, tail pads, bindings and grip tape we will not be able to accept these back as damaged for a replacement or refund.
